Unsponsored BDR Level I

Through a selection process conducted by the BM&FBovespa, Itaú Unibanco, leader in Brazil as custodian of American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), and the depository institution of Brazilian Depositary Receipts (BDR) Sponsored, offers to Brazilian market through listing on the counter market the issuance of Unsponsored BDR Level I.

Unsponsored BDR Level I are depositary receipts securities issued in Brazil that represent securities of companies whose headquarters are abroad, but not registered in Brazil. Once the company is not registered in Brazil, the depository institution is the responsible for the programs itself, as well as for registers the programs with the Brazilian Securities Commission (CVM).

Itau Unibanco, acting as Depository Institution, and once more demonstrating its commitment to this market, will be responsible for issuing the BDR of the companies listed below, which will be underlined by securities held in custody in their country of origin.
