Information disclosure One of the main activities of the fund controlling service is releasing information to investors, such as reports, alerts and notification of issuances, redemptions and inventory of shares, as well as to internal and external auditors and regulators, such as ANBIMA, CVM, etc.
Accounting In this stage, the key activities are service to internal and external auditors, calculation of the funds’ net equity, tax payments and structuring financial and accounting information. |
Calculation and processing Another role is to execute the necessary processes for the fund, including calculation of share values, payment of expenses, updating shareholder balances, control of current position and transaction history, settlement of issuance and redemption of shares, among other activities.
Pricing Pricing is the attribution of prices to assets held by the fund, according to a methodology registered with ANBIMA.
