Custody services are for investment funds or clubs and managed portfolios. Services include physical and financial settlement of assets, their custody and registration, as well as management and information of events associated with these assets, acting as an interface with central securities depositaries Cetip, Selic and B3.

Structured funds
These are financial products whose yields and risks for investors result from the combination of characteristics of different products. They are not standardized and must be structured and formatted. Usually investment returns are generated by revenue from the structure that was built.
FIP – Private Equity Funds
FIPs are focused on purchases of company bonds and stocks, actively participating in its strategic decision-making process. |
FIDC – Receivables- Funds
FIDCs deploy their resources in corporate receivables, such as trade bills, futures contracts, checks, among others.
Real estate funds
These funds invest in real estate enterprises (e.g.: commercial buildings, shopping malls, hospitals, hotels, etc.). Return on invested capital comes from the distribution of the Fund’s results (rental paid by a hotel, for instance) or sale of Fund shares. |
