Issuers of fixed-income assets (CRI - Certificate of Real Estate Receivables, CRA - Certificates of Agribusiness Receivables, LF - Financial Notes, COE – Certificates of Structured Operations, CDCA - Certificates of Agribusiness Credit Rights, and OBR - Obligations), when distributed via a public offering, should hire a registrar. For CRIs and CRAs, the company handling the securitization is responsible for hiring the registrar.

The provision of services begins upon receiving the corporate documents that deliberate about the issue of bonds, the registration of issues, and the underwriting bulletins, so that we can carry out the effective inclusion of the bonds in our systems. For notes, we must receive the issue’s registration.

The provision of services begins upon receipt of the terms of securitization and upon evidence of distribution to environments admissible for registry.

Our responsibilities are:

• Book-entry – the registration of the property, where we verify the quantity, series, and issuance of assets registered on the clearinghouse systems, and check records that won’t be renegotiated;
• Daily processing of deposits and withdrawals, as well as daily reconciliation of the balance with central depositories (Cetip/ B3);
• Payment of credits – carry out the payment of interest to holders of securities;
• Issue tax withholding reports.
